Your data and business enquiries
We respect your privacy. This page explains how we handle personal data submitted through the contact form.
Who is responsible for your data?
UNIMO HM d.o.o. Sarajevo, Trg Solidarnosti 23, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. For privacy questions or requests to access or delete your data, contact info@unimohm.ba.
What information do we collect?
The contact form requests your name, email address, role, type of enquiry, a brief description and the current project stage. Company, telephone number, country, budget and other information may be optional. Do not submit identity documents, banking details or confidential business materials.
Why do we use this information?
We use your information to receive, evaluate and respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, arrange a discussion about potential cooperation. Sending an enquiry does not establish a contract or mean that a project has been accepted.
How are enquiries processed?
Enquiries are processed using Netlify Forms. Authorised UNIMO HM personnel can access the submissions, and notifications may be sent to our business email. Technical service providers may process data under their applicable data protection terms.
Storage and deletion
We use your data to respond to business enquiries and retain it only as long as necessary for that purpose or to meet legal obligations. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact info@unimohm.ba.
Cookies and local storage
We use essential local storage to remember your preference. Aggregate website statistics do not use analytics cookies, and we do not use advertising cookies. You can update your choice in Cookie settings.
To remember your preference, we use browser local storage (localStorage) under the key unimo_cookie_choice_v1. Your choice and the time it was made are saved only on your device, not used for advertising tracking. You can change your preference using or clear the local storage in your browser.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser makes a connection to an external service to fetch them; technical request information, including your IP address, may be processed during delivery.
Updates to this information
We may update this notice if website features or our data processing practices change. For any questions, contact info@unimohm.ba.
